OLIGONUCLEOTIDE SYNTHESIZER

Ringene TOD-32 is a mid-throughput, high-performance instrument for solid-phase oligonucleotide (DNA / RNA primer) synthesis by phosphoramidite process with scale range of 15 to 700 nmol. It provides simultaneous synthesis of up to 32 high-quality oligonucleotides in 6 hours. Flexible programming and additional bottles ensure efficient instrument application for synthesis of standard and degenerate DNAs and RNAs, as well as oligonucleotides with various modifications, such as 6-FAM, TAMRA, Biotin, Cy3, Cy5, special oligonucleotides and the ones with mixed nucleotides (N).

The instrument has functions to control the synthesis quality by collecting signals from trityl after deblocking, and cleaning of dispensing nozzles and restoring of dispenser function. Its built-in autosampler provides selective transfer of special reagents from 20 tubes into synthesis plate wells according to the preset program without losses for the filling of liquid channels.

The simple, rigid system can accept reagents and consumables from various manufacturers and suppliers.

The purchased system will be delivered, installed and the laboratory person will be trained.
